Personal training

(1 on 1)

If you have an athletic or sport-specific goal that you want to achieve but are not succeeding completely by yourself, then 1-on-1 training is the perfect solution for you.

We do physical tests and body measurements so we get to know your body, your strengths and weaknesses. With this info we put together personalized workouts to see you grow into the best version of yourself.

Small group training

(2-6 persons)

We guide groups of minimum 2 and maximum 6 people, often in the form of circuit training.

A number of exercises, with little or no rest in between, are given in succession. The exercises between upper and lower body or aerobic and anaerobic do usually alternate. Competitions are also put into this group training to challenge each other and push each other to a better version of themselves. Break your own, or others' records in certain exercises. You can train with your friends or join an established group at your level.

We work on technical skills such as passing and shooting drills, playing in small spaces and focus on the details of your game. This cource is in group so you can learn from other athletes who are already at a higher point in their career.

Sportmassage, dry needling, cupping and taping

The only thing we want is to keep you in top shape. We ensure faster muscle recovery after exercise by massage techniques, cupping or dry needling. We reduce muscle tension, ensure that cellulair waste is better discharged (detoxification) and increase mobility in muscles and joints.

Screening and testing

We do a number of tests that are carried out to the maximum. This can be done in terms of strength, endurance, balance, resistance, speed and reaction time. Based on the results, we can immediately start training at your level and make progress as quickly as possible.

Injuries are part of the game. we can provide injury-preventive exercises that reduce the risk of injuries, but they can never be ruled out. We also guide you through your injury process in the event of injuries and prepare you mentally and physically for your previous game level or even higher.
